A gentle PRACTICE ORIENTED workshop offering yoga movement, breath, visualization and relaxation to help us get in closer contact with pain (our own and the suffering of others). Without having a set agenda to fix, cure or heal pain, but with tools that help us to feel . . . we may be able to come closer to understanding the message that pain is trying to express. In feeling . . . there can be healing.
This workshop is open and accessible to people of all streams of life, who are curious to tap into the life energy that may be stored in body pain, emotional pain, stress-related symptoms, exhaustion and more. This is also an informative workshop for who is a teacher and would like to give more support to their students.
