When the breath becomes an intimate friend and inner guide, we discover a new level of self-truth and honesty. This is intimacy with one’s self . . . through movement, through breath, through touch, through meditative presence . . . is truly a PEACE PRAYER
This workshop is open to all open-hearted people with a curiosity about the healing and integrative aspects of yoga. It is a valuable moving meditation for both beginners and advanced practitioners or teachers.
