This practice is a YOGA of BECOMING . . .of becoming yourself . . .
of be-coming back to yourself.
Letting Life Unfold . . .

My dear friends . . . What this practice continues to reveal to me is a world of miraculous joys and open hearts amidst what can often look like otherwise. . . I look forward to sharing with you this practice that begins anew everytime we meet another with heart presence .  . . whether on the mat, in the street, on the top of a mountain or deep in a forest.

yogaessence a distillation . . .
the gross brought back to the subtle.
It is a refined “noticing” process . . .
It lingers and dwells in the breath . . .
It has no limits . . . yet it lives in the cyclical web of life.

It follows the flow of water . . .
The spin and ripple of cellular movement . . .
Becoming life . . .
Living life . . .
Dissolving form . . .

It is liquid crystalline witnessing.

This practice is a yoga of gratefulness.

The essence of gratitude is accepting what is . . . this implies being in the now.

Ungratefulness adds to fatigue, frays nerve endings, compromises nervous system and heart coherence.

Become aware of infusing every thought, word, gesture and action with gratitude.

To yourself . . .or outloud upon waking and before bed, say THANK YOU FOR THIS DAY.

Thank you acknowledges the presence of the other. It acknowledges the presence of the divine.

Be authentic – use the words of gratitude and thanks with authenticity. Sarcasm or cyncism burn the tongue of who has spoken insincere words.

Thank you is an “activation”. A very potent one. Observe what happens when you introduce gratitude into your life. Amplify it’s natural waves of innovative re-informing. Gratitude shifts the matrix dramatically towards grace, abundance, happiness, joy, community, health, love and peace.
