21 -23/06/25: 3 days of full practice with yogaSOMATICA, art therapy and nature
24/06/25: Departure after breakfast (10 a.m.) on June 24.
About the mini-retreat:
Every morning we practice yogaSOMATICS, mindfulness and art therapy on our beautiful outdoor terrace and in nature. The times are approximately from 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with a break for breakfast.
They will also be practices in the afternoon before dinner - different programs - yoga, art, nature.
Participants must attend all sessions with Ateeka and Ola. Participants will also help with cooking and cleaning karma yoga.
There will be the summer heat of the Mediterranean island on the days 😃. We are 4 km from the beach and there will be time to go to the beach every day!
The accommodation is in tents in our rustic olive garden called OLIVANANDA.
Some tents are single - other larger tents to share in 2 or 3.
They are equipped with mattress “futon ”and pillow.
Solar shower - warmed by the sun.
