This weekend offers a practice-oriented introduction to yogaSOMATICS. You will learn yogaSOMATICS and Mindfulness foundation practices that open a door towards fluid movement, naturally free breathing, a restful mind and inner contact.
We will practice the ENJOYABLE and HEALING flows of yogaSOMATICS including:
-grounding and gentle yoga asana / movement of yogaSOMATICS
-unwinding practice for the myofascial (bindevev) web
-gentle breathing practices – both yogic and modern
-conscious touch and healing work
-heart-full mindfulness meditation
-working with the energetic aspects of our beings
-deep relaxation practices
This workshop is open to all open-hearted people with a curiosity about the healing and integrative aspects of yoga. It is a valuable moving meditation for both beginners and advanced practitioners or teachers.
