I welcome you to join us for a FREE yogaSOMATICS practice on 29 October 2025! This gentle and grounded 75 minute practice is an opportunity to be together in a guided, non-demanding practice space where we can give attention, care and LOVE to our bodies.

All levels of experience are welcome - we move soft, slow and gentle.
