Welcome to a weekend yogaSOMATICS practice intensive (non-residential) in Nørre Snede
Denmark. This practice intensive is an experiential opportunity to deeper towards yourself: body,
heart, mind and inner life. Our theme is “alchemy” which is the transformation of elements,
beyond the sum of their parts. Alchemy is inherent in the yogaSOMATICS practice and helps us
to discover our inner gold
Together, we will bring all of what we have experienced from Modules 1 - 4 into practice and
explore the deepening aspects and how we might share these practices with others.
This practice intensive is oriented for teachers and those with a good familiarity to
yogaSOMATICS.

• Mindfulness & energy work (Ateeka & Ola)
• Creative Expression through Drawing and Reflecting / Communication with your Inner
Self / Art Therapy with Ola
• Dreamwork - Understanding the deeper meaning of your dreams (Ola)
• Deep Relaxation & Guided Relaxation (Ateeka)
• Gentle hands-on healing practices with a partner for relaxation (Ateeka)
• Tools & inspiration for sharing yogaSOMATICS with others. (Ateeka & Ola)

Current participant in yogaSOMATICS Teacher Training 2025: 300/350€ (depending on date of enrollment)
Experienced students/yogaSOMATICS Teachers: 400€ (if space is available)
