Are you curious to dive deeper into the healing aspects of the yogaSOMATICS approach?

This weekend series offers a practice-oriented introduction to yogaSOMATICS.  You will learn yogaSOMATICS and Mindfulness foundation practices that open a door towards fluid movement, naturally free breathing, a restful mind and  inner contact.

We will practice the ENJOYABLE and HEALING flows of yogaSOMATICS including:

-grounding  and gentle yoga asana / movement of yogaSOMATICS

-unwinding practice for the myofascial (bindevev) web

-gentle breathing practices - both yogic and modern

-conscious touch and healing work

-heart-full mindfulness meditation

-working with the energetic aspects of our beings

-deep relaxation practices

This workshop series is open to all open-hearted people with a curiosity about the healing and integrative aspects of yoga. It is a valuable moving meditation for both beginners and advanced practitioners or teachers.   

For who participates in and completes all four workshops:  you will receive a certificate of participation and recognition as yogaSOMATICS Practitioner (20 hours) .

EARTH:  Grounding, Rooting and yogaSOMATICS Practices for deeper connection to Mother Earth in ourselves and in the world.

Feb 10-11 2023

MOON:   Practices for Reflection, Peace, Stillness and a deeper connection to the moon cycles and lunar aspects of ourselves.

April 13-14

FLOW:   Practices for keeping the balance in times of change, flow and natural ease of movement.  Resonating with water aspect of ourselves and the waters of our planet.

May 25-26

SUN:  Practices for vital energy, radiance, happiness and connection to life force energy.   Resonating with the SOLAR aspects of ourselves and the balance of yin & yang within.

Times:  10 - 16 each day

Place:   Living Yoga - Bønes

Price:  Series of 4 workshops:  9500 kr.   (paid in advance)

  Single workshop:  2800 kr.  (on a space available basis)
