A yogaSOMATICS practice giving attention through movement and guided relaxation to your own body´s potential for self-healing and regeneration. Enjoy a gentle movement practice of soft stretching, myofascial unwinding, natural breath and a guided visualisation that encourage the natural flow of bio-energy through your body. The guided visualisation will help you to invite healthy bio-energy towards self-awareness and self-healing.
Our movements are soft and gentle for the body, so this workshop is open to all adults of any level of experience and physical ability. Teachers and experienced yoga practitioners will find this evening inspiring and will give new input for your existing practice.
