A Day of Mandala
A Day of Mandala
A Day of Mandala: Art Therapy & yogaSOMATICS
20 February 2026 in Oslo
with Ola & Ateeka Borud
This one-day workshop offers a gentle space to meet yourself through the creation of a mandala. Using simple drawing materials, you will be guided to explore your inner world and listen to what naturally wants to emerge in your mandala. Alongside the art-making, we will weave in grounding yogaSOMATICS and mindfulness practices to help you slow down, settle into your body, and feel supported throughout the day.
WHAT IS A MANDALA?
A mandala is a circular form that has been used across cultures since ancient times as a way of expressing inner experience and creating a sense of wholeness. In this workshop, you’ll approach it in a simple, intuitive way—letting shapes, colors, and symbols emerge naturally. There’s no right or wrong result; the mandala becomes a quiet conversation with your inner world.
No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to be present, curious, and kind with yourself.
