July 2025 - Milking the Spine - a practice for grounding & energy
This month, I would like to share a 24 minute grounding yet energisingpractice from my yogaSOMATICS Teacher Training course. I find this such a simple, concrete and effective practice for softening tension, increasing mobility, re-energizing the spine and giving a good relaxation sensation to the body.
I speak a little about my view on “release or relax” . . . and how even body tension or pain may be transformed into a resource for us.
