🩵Wintering, Restoration, Patience & a little yoga🩵

Here in the North where I live . . . nature becomes still and quiet. Life is dwelling underground. I love the possiblity to “winter” and be a little more introvert with my rhythms and practices. Wintering is different from hibernation.

A natural possibility for🩵 introspection, inward listening, slowing down exists.

I really enjoyed reading this article from The Guardian about “Wintering or Hibernating” . . . brew a cup of tea (warm up a cake from the freezer) and have a read!

And here comes a nice quiet practice for your winter days to enjoy throughout January.
