Breath for Breakfast is a morning practice specific for stoking your internal fire, stimulating organ and connective tissue, moving lymph, calling in vital life energy and bringing you to a positive present here-and-now for your day. It is a specific pranayama progression that includes breath and the bio-movement of "stirring" the belly while seated.

The progression in total takes about 30 minutes. It is well worth the experimentation as soon as you rise in the morning and also before an asana or sitting meditation practice. It is more comfortable to practice this progression on a relatively empty stomach.
